What can I do if I don't like the dresses that I have received ?
If the dress you received has quality problems or doesn't fit, you can return it and get a refund, refund only after the return package is received. Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.For the refund,please kindly note that you should pay US$45 re-stocking fee for each dress.

Can you tell me how long it takes to complete the Prom dress ?
Most dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 21 workdays. We are always committed to bringing you the work you are expecting within the shortest time possible without compromising its quality. Once you receive your dresses, we are positive you will be very pleased with the quality.
To use which way that we can receive it ASAP when it is urgent ?
We ship by USPS Priority Mail. For international order, we ship by Air Mail. For UPS delivery, please pay extra $30 .You will get it within 13-15 days since you order it.
What do I have to do to buy a Prom dress ?

All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. Can you make a dress in a color that is not listed?
Yes, we are a retailer, also have our own manufacturer. All colors and size are available,you just need send your favor color and your measurement,we will custom for you.
