Basic Description: Wrap yourself in pure elegance in this elegantly flowing party dress. From top to bottom this dress beams pure chic sophistication. The dress begins with a gathered, straight bust-line then graciously into a black velvet belted waisted bow which in turn plunges down in an empire waisted style and ends with a beautiful, classy train. The black velvet waisted bow adds just a bit of midnight to this otherwise very bright gown.
This dress is available in any other colors showed on the color palette, and available from size 0 to size 28. We also offer a made-to-measurement service if you need. Bust Bust - Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.Please Measure With Bra and Underwear On.	Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Height from shoulder to floor,the Dress Length Please note: This is Dress Length. For stand measure that from topside shoulder under neck to feet plane without the shoes.	Height Please note: This is body height. For stand measure that from calvaris to feet without the shoes.
